Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Direct management of all supervisors, shift leaders and shop floor staff.
  • Budget setting, manpower planning, monthly reporting of both cost and KPI`s for the department.
  • To develop understanding of packaging products to improve operational line efficiency and product efficacy.
  • Work with data management and IT teams to maintain accurate data in Nav or SAP system.
  • Manage day to day issues with site packaging, supporting QA and operations.
  • H&S – own, manage, monitor, report and review systems and practices to ensure departmental risks are dealt with sensibly, responsibly, and proportionately
  • Reduce losses by driving continuous improvement activities
  • Coach and develop the team for career advancement within the company

  • Education: Degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
