A Great Opportunity for ...

Check day to day operation payments and voucher to align with internal policies and guideline.
Communicate with HO department / Branches and Suppliers
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit to Section Head.
Control and monitor in cash advance payment
Compare and monitor the actual and budget.
Budget Control Vs. Charges account report
Check the monthly prepaid amounts
Review the cash flow of PC charges monthly
Prepare cost allocation and report to Section Head
Assist and provide information to External and Internal Auditors
Ad-hoc tasks which were assigned by management.

Job Requirements

3 or 5 years working experience in operation payments and vouchering of Accounting & Finance at Banking Industry
Prefer who can communicate English both writing and speaking
Good in MS Excel and MS Words
Experience in communication with HO department / Branches and Suppliers is a plus
