ROLE PURPOSE

This role will support Yoma Bank collection team with data analytics, collection system issue coordinating, collectors’ performance management and reports. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who wants to grow with Yoma Bank.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for data processing and validation of delinquent accounts and produce daily or monthly reports in timely manner.
• Accountable for accuracy and reliability of delinquency data in Collection System and check generated reports
• Prepare and reconcile reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Generate and analyze Collection system reports and raise abnormalities to respective teams
• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of Collection system issues and escalate timely as per procedure
• Reconcile collector’s productivity tracking report and validate against Productivity report as a control point
• Manage the team members’ performance and calculate the incentive for individual
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Experience

• Min 2-year experience in any business operation preferably Data Analytics and Reporting roles
• Prior banking experience preferred but not essential

Education & Special Training

• Graduated: Bachelor's degree
• PC skills – Excellent skill for Power BI, Microsoft Excel, good working knowledge of Words, PowerPoint, Visio, Email.
• Documentation skills – able to write official letters, emails in simple English.
• Good typing speed in both English and Burmese (Myanmar Fonts)

Languages

• Fluent in English and Myanmar (written and verbal)
