Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain and monitor sales dashboards using various capability tools and software’s, such as Power BI and Microsoft excel
  • Keeping track of monthly sales dashboards, analyzing the sales data, making recommendation for areas of improvements and reporting requirements for regions/branches/products
  • Develop and generate visualized reports/slides for management review.
  • Develop and write-up standard operational procedures, workflow and product guidelines
  • Organize administrative ad-hoc tasks
  • Prepare timely data analysis and reports as point of contact for stakeholders
  • Work on own initiative on a day-to-day basis, autonomously, escalating any issues that may arise to appropriate person.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team/organization, establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with key internal and/or external stakeholders to identify, lead and delivery high quality business outcomes
  • Initiate thoughts and ideas to improve and refine the existing processes/system, develop proposals and leverage the project scope and guidelines with the ongoing mindset of “INNOVATION

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Used to work close to stakeholders in managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power Platform Power Bi data visualization
  • Maintain database, analytical skills and attention for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and negotiate with business stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and monitor multiple projects, with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
