Job Descriptions/ Duties & Responsibilities

1 – Must be able to manage Showroom Business in Electrical Parts and Industrial Machineries such as Air Compressors, Dryers & Accessories.

2 - Try best to fulfil more sales target according to analytical market research for new products or travelling to out of Yangon locations if required or approaching to Tender projects, following up to existing Customers, keeping in touch with Potential Customers, find new customers according to marketing plans.

3 - Record in Excel Sheet for daily met Customers due to information and discussion with Manager always that how is the customer’s situations, conditions, considerations, etc. 

4 – Well understand in Business Terms & Conditions due to signing sales or service contracts upon dealing with customers. 

5 – Able to plan for special bonus program which provided by KMN and over sea suppliers for every 6 or 12 months in order to meet sales
target continuously.  

6 – Prepare and take responsible & accountability on provided quotations by Email or Viber to customers in time.

7 – Arrange daily sales operations such as units or spare parts delivery ways, cash collection ways, Marketing ways, service ways and
meeting appointments, etc.

8 – Control the Spare Parts and Electrical Parts stock inventory according to daily sales, monthly sales and urgent needs due to ordering shipment by shipment to over sea suppliers.

9 – Able to evaluate the performance of co-workers in order to promote or punish whether they tried best effectively or not. 

10 – Able to solve the service problems or issues in order to support on Service Team, serve the services organized with service team
anytime (24 hrs.) in order to complete and perfect the commence works as it’s a coal objective. 

11 – Manage daily expense to comply with company policy according to budgetary.

12 - Able to learn continuously in Product knowledge of Air Compressor & Accessories as Customer satisfaction is an important of business in order to understand very well and perfect services accompanied with marketing or service teams if required.

Job Specifications & Requirements

- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 5 - 6 years Managerial Experience in Any Industrial Machineries or Air Compressor or Air Conditional process. (OR)

- Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 6 - 7 years Managerial Experience in Any Industrial Machineries or Air Compressor or
Air Conditional process.

- Age – Above 30 years old.

- Good command in English 4 skills or Chinese language.

- Computer literate in MS Office, Email. 

- More preferable choice if possess any diploma in Management subjects.

- Must have good communication, positive thinking, open-minded, conceptual skills and interpersonal skills.

- Good leadership and decision making in analytical & logical, and Able to work on own initiative.
