Social Media Content

  • Partner with Communications and Marketing teams (and relevant Divisional Teams) to strategically curate, contextualize and produce social media content, ensuring a cohesive and consistent narrative flow and voice on Yoma Bank’s main social media accounts; manage the day-to-day management of our social media channels
  • Assist in developing original, strategically-sound social media content by thinking creatively about opportunities to capitalize on events, announcements, and press coverage with a social-first mentality
  • Propose and draft social media content based on insights from the Social Engagement reports and Voice of Customer (VOC)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies

Social Media Engagement

  • Serve as the community engagement specialist to the Communications and Marketing teams, proactively involvement in developing and executing tailored social media plans aligned with specific business objectives; this may include running organic and paid social media campaigns, strategic social listening/monitoring, and social influencer engagement
  • Leverage our social media management/listening platform of Yoma Bank to support engagement of conversations and work with the team to form and execute rapid response plans and information support services to relevant social media conversations involving customers, influencers, journalists, clients, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & IMC team to ensure social media practices that will support their efforts to drive increased brand awareness, brand love & positive sentiments
  • Play a role in administering our social media management platform
  • Review social media metrics on a regular basis with Supervisor; produce monthly reports to demonstrate ROI and proactively advise team members within the broader Social Media Engagement team on what social media content is working well and what needs to be adjusted
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree holder. Master degree in business and marketing preferred
  • A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in marketing, communication, social media, or related work
  • Extensive experience of working with various social media platforms and their management software
  • Experience in community engagement, customer relations and content creations
  • Experience running paid social media campaigns a plus
  • Prior experience in the Financial/Banking, Media, or Technology spaces a plus, but not necessary—must be eager to learn about our business and the industry
  • Superb writing and content creation skills
  • Skills in computers and relevant operating systems and social media management software
  • Excellent writing skills in English
