Responsible for project’s system design, drawing, products, specification, work schedule, documentations and relevant Information
Responsible for estimate costing of project
Project Management (Time/Quantity/Quality/Money/Manpower/Risk)
Negotiates contracts with vendors and clients to ensure the most cost effective means of reaching the customer’s needs
Approves plans and budgets for each project and makes any adjustments needed in consultation with the client and the chairman
Managing, Overseeing and Inspection for all the projects
Coordinates the engineering team, assigning short and long terms goals for successful completion of the project’s plans
Training, Implement the processes & procedures for all the project team to meet quality standards and government regulations are complied with;
Monitoring & Maintain the project’s processes & procedures with installation progress
Responsible for site safety, HSE, PPE of every projects
Responsible for attending site meeting & presentation
Monitoring and maintaining the project’s data records (documentations, photos, stocks)
Monitoring for project report and feedback
Maintain and follow up the company rule & regulation on sites.
