• Develop marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives.
• Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree(Master/Bachelor/Diploma in marketing, business, or related field is preferable)
• Strong Experience in marketing(experienced in FMCG marketing is preferrable)
• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Willingness and ability to travel and to work overtime
• English language skill must be advanced and above level
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and writing and presentation skills
• Person with full integrity, creativity and flexibility
