Job Description

‐ Collect way plan from Way Leader weekly and updated to HR and Head of Operation
‐ Checking attendance daily and Part time request
‐ To make a lists part time payment and part time lists daily
‐ To check cash balance from roaming staff , way leader and part time staff
‐ Updated attendance lists send to HR department weekly.
‐ To report to HR for recruiting new staff , replacing staff and part time staff
‐ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
‐ Contribute to Ongo Microfinance team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
‐ Do site visits and preparing reports
‐ Maintain up to date Field staff contact list and record
‐ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation including part time lists
‐ Manage Microfinance operation HR metrics and information pass to Ongo HR for monthly salary
‐ Monitor Ongo Microfinance personnel and supervises the performance of Roaming staffs, Way leaders and Ongo Microfinance team member
‐ Manage resignation process, performance measurement and training and personnel affairs
‐ Oversee and supervise the daily e‐money balance of Field staff
‐ Organize and supervise other Microfinance team member
‐ Oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with operation
‐ Supervise day‐to‐day operations of Ongo Microfinance team and staff members
‐ Arrange the training for new staffs and evaluating their performance in growth of Ongo Microfinance team

Job Requirements

‐ Managerial skills are necessary and should be cooperative and supportive by nature
‐ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to present the views with clarity
‐ Must be sincere about work and confident about Ongo MF team’s goal
‐ Must interpersonal skills be essential along with sensible attitude
‐ Must have the ability to work within deadlines and should achieve the targets
‐ Must know how to manage time and prioritize work under pressure
‐ Must be flexible and quick in responding within short period
‐ Must be proactive.
‐ Must possess good observation power
‐ Should have leadership quality and must be able of taking decision
‐ Should be optimistic and a good listener
‐ Should have the skills to initiate work without being directed
‐ Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
‐ Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
