• Coordinate daily customer service operations relate with issues
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives about the daily call log
• Evaluate employee performance base on their call quality
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Associates
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze customer behavior
• Handle complaints from customers call
• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

Job Requirements

. Any graduate and BMA more prefer
. Must have (3) years experiences in Call Center fields as management role
. Strong in computer skills (Excel,Power Point etc)
. Strong in English language
. Able to work with assign shift
