Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Managing the relationship and communication with Internal & External and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Focus on critical processes and maintenance to improve the overall business, and do your best to develop new projects in accordance with the building code and government regulations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Follow layout design and schedule an important component of a business's overall operations.
Projects plans are carried out as assigned or on time.
In line with contractor, owner, MEPE, YCDC, Building code and rule and regulation of government as a project coordinator.
Manage M&E Issues of stores in a timely manner and capex within project budgets
Manages the centralized Retail Facility Maintenance system, program and associated projects.
Assist in the development of the Retail Facility Maintenance and the continued development of the Store Maintenance Team consisting of systems, and processes to assure REI's physical retail facilities are maintained at an appropriate level.
Meet budget and related financial metrics for program and associated projects.
Provide high service levels to retail stores. Provide ongoing education and awareness to store teams to change behaviors and support program and project goals.
Develop and prepare vendor service and evaluation reports.
Develop and manage relationships with external and internal service providers to deliver best possible service within budget guidance.
Prepare and process annual budgets for Store Maintenance and Facility Operations.
Report out on spend to budget quarterly.
Ensure service providers are performing to specified standards and are providing best value
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate to management as needed
Support value add initiatives and development and maintain a roadmap to cost reduction.
Supports major department initiatives, such as prototype development, process improvement and asset management.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferable & Familiarity with design software.
3+ years of experiences as Project Manager, Understanding of retail operations processes.
Decision making skills in establishing and maintaining budgets, schedules and deadlines, prioritizing and managing resources to accomplish goals.
Ability to manage multiple, geographically diverse, concurrent projects
Demonstrated ability to lead effectively and solve complex problems in pressure situations
Strong communication skills both written and oral and intermediate experience with computers and software like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met in Project.
Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
Honesty, Hardworking and good teamwork
Must have good stamina and can work under pressure
Good with time management, must be obedient & result-oriented person
Must travel frequently to Regional Area according to job requirement.
