  • Developing project plans, timeline, and identifying resources needed for ERP and HR Project Developments 
  • Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
  • Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
  • Conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
