Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist Sr QS to maintain contract documentation controlling process.
  • Assist to take off Bill of Quantity and issue purchase order/ Works order and Contracts.
  • Assist to prepare payment certificate for Contractors / Suppliers.
  • Assist to keep monitoring contract scope of works, Variation orders works and liaise with contractors.
  • Assist to procurement process to meet dead line upon project schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in BE (Civil)
  • 2 to 3 years experience as a quantity surveyor .
  • Computer skill - MS office Applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint), Auto Cad
  • Intermediate English skill
  • Can work under pressure
  • Active and good communicate skill
  • Able to starts immediately.
