A Big Opportunity for ...

RF nominal plan preparation for LTE TDD 2600MHz network including the consideration year by year
Analyse existing network RF plan
Supports to define site priorities for preparation of regional rollout schedule
Manage and Update RF database
Support for IT, Transmission and Documentation Manager in rollout activities
Support Base Station site field activities (Vendors planning activities, Construction, Telecom Implementation, Acceptance)
Following up the time schedules and checking if the work at Sites plans readiness are according to weekly rollout plan
Coordinate possible changes in planned weekly rollout RF plan (coverage and capacity) point of view
Verification of vendors site implementation data quality (Configuration verification, frequency, adjacency and capacity plan) according to agreed specifications
Progressing, identifying possible problems, etc. to management
Coordinate possible changes in nominal plan during project with Tower Company and Management
Check and confirm SAR, TSSR, and SSV site related project documentation for every site and Cluster Acceptance reports verification and corrections
Supervise vendors to ensure that all RF plans are executed according to site design and specification
Receiving test results and approving successful tests
Optimization of LTE network to troubleshoot and improve KPIs
Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of Network Quality problems Analyze existing network RF plan
Accomplishing SSV and Cluster optimization and cluster launches
Familiarity with troubleshooting network issues with Drive Test data
Analysis of neighbor relations and suggestions to improve Neighbor lists
Familiarity to compare on field network coverage quality with proposed design
Responsible of OSS terminal and management of the U2000 for NOC/OSS management

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Communication) or (Engineering (IT))
At least 8 years’ experience in respective field
English 4 skills
Planning Tools (Atoll Network Planning tool, MapInfo, Google Earth is essential)
Analyzing Tools (TEMS, NEMO and vendor applicant optimization tool (E.g Huawei, ZTE)
Network Management System (U2000)
Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, index, Powerpoint, Visio, Project)
