Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Develop recruitment strategies according to business needs
  • Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels using social medias, job websites and other external agencies
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, screening the profiles,  conducting for interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Manage candidates' database to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in future job opportunities
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Organize job fairs, campus recruitment programme and recruitment events
  • Submit reports on general HR activity and overall performance of recruitment process
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • Support other assigned functions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in HR or any related degree
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in HR related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
  • Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks
