Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Report directly to head of corporate banking section.
  2. Analyze and recommend appropriate service options for specialized customer needs.
  3. Support client service professionals when needed in handling the day-to-day client activities/ request for relationships.
  4. Service as a resource by providing assistance in the resolution of commercial customer’s complex inquiries and issues.
  5. Follow up and resolve clients’ inquiries/ problems through interaction with clients, bankers, product partners, branch operations and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Participate in clients’ meetings and provide feedback on department issues.
  7. Identifying the target market and developing new business to enrich the portfolio and pursue growth opportunity and increase portfolio of existing business.
  8. Understand customer business profile/ requirements and fulfil needs via products/services offered by CHID.
  9. Develop strong working relations with all existing clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  10. Proactively use financial analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the corporate client.
  11. Any Ah-hoc duties assigned by reporting officer.

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduate in Banking & Finance or Marketing
  2. Working experience in banking background experience or customer service with 2 to 5 years’ experience in related experience.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and procedure, Able to do multitasking.
  4. Negotiation and communication skills (internal and external)
  5. Explanation and presentation skills.
  6. Good personality and appearance, self- confident & determined.
  7. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  8. Must be able to use Microsoft word, Excel, Power Points, Outlook.
  9. Concentrate and focus on problems and finding out solutions.
