Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Own the subsidiary business KPI - Net Sales / Sell Out and GTN.
  2. Define the GTN investment guidelines for Brand / SKU / State Ensure promotion and spending by the distributors / customers in line with agreed and approved plans.
  3. Manage and Control the activation grid based on local business, customer  and shopper needs and work with CM &  Marketing on grid for the year.
  4. Adapt category promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the brand  and customer.
  5. Develop RE Strategies and 5P’s based on Category and Brand Strategies and based on local Insight.
  6. Adapt GTM plan by RE including selling story and 5Ps.
  7. Develop 5P’s communication tools to CD/T/M to execute the plans.
  8. Analyze and plan to address gaps and opportunities for driving business.
  9. Work with  Commercial Manager and Consumer Marketing  to develop growth strategy , identify and lead Growth initiatives including shopper programs.
  10. Identify, prioritize Shopper/RE Insights for specific RE Develop RE Strategy and 5Ps by RE bases in RE and shopper expertise/insights.
  11. Work with Commercial Manager and CS&L on monthly CBP discipline process.
  12. Provide input  monthly CBP discipline process.

  13. Work on  Budget Review/MYR volume plan & Financial Goals and  aligned with commercial team.
  14. Ensure proper communication of all plans/programs to the customers / distributors.

Job Requirements

Experience

Essential: Trade Marketing / Shopper Development experience in FMCG sector

Desirable: Channel / Category Management  experience in indirect trade
No. of yrs of Exp required: 6-8 yrs of managerial experience

 

Professional Qualifications & Training

Essential:  PG diploma in Business Management – specialization in Sales & Marketing, Minimum bachelor degree

Desirable: Other qualifications in Sales and distribution management, English Language

 

Generic Competencies

Essential: Analysis/Decision Making, Influence/Negotiation, Consumer/Customer focussed, Developing & Coaching people, Teamwork & Collaboration
Desirable: Fostering Experimentation, Driving Innovation
