Assist in establishing the comprehensive risk management framework within the Group.
Identify the key risks exposed by the Business units and the corporate functions and assist in implementing the risk mitigation plan
Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing the risk indicators/conditions by ground visiting
Recommends and implement risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures
Assist for the development of risk appetite statement for each business unit
Assist to Group Risk Manager for updating the risk register quarterly
Assist in preparing the risk heat map for the Business units
Actively participate in the risk register meetings with the functional department heads
Regular discussion meetings with Head of Group Risk and submit weekly job report
Assist in the credit risk management and recommend the policy that suit with the nature of business and current situation
Promote risk awareness amongst staffs by providing training within the business units and corporate departments
Recording the Corporate level incidents by using the Incident Management System and reporting to Group Risk Manager and Head of Risk.
