Job Description

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Monitoring the performance of sales team.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationship with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Create weekly reports, analyze monthly sales data.
  • Communicating with Suppliers.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide support to other Departments / Divisions within the company in terms of promoting and selling their products as and when the opportunity arises.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
  • Establish productive and professional relationship with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Perform duties as required or requested form Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any medical related fields.
  • Must have 4 years above experiences in related field.
  • Excellent communication skill and strong leadership skill.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Flexibility to travel as required. 
  • Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Mail.
