- Setting Sales Strategies Plan, Marketing Plan, Promotion Plan for marie segment.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Monitoring & guiding the marine segment as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to acheive sales targets.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
-Can report weekly & monthly report to Sales Director.

Job Requirements
- Between 30 to 40 years old.
- Any Bachelor Degree (More prefer in Sales & Marketing Diploma (or) Certificate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SQL software.
- Can communicate with English (read, write, speak).
- Excellent management skill, problem-solving skill, interpersonal skills, strong communication skill, customer service skill & negotiations skill.
- Able to work under pressure & coordinate with teams.
-Must have invalid driving license and able to drive professionally within Yangon
