Manage & Set up daily/weekly route planning for SR.
Back check daily report from SR
Manage and back check daily travel allowance given to SR.
Ensure individual KPIs and sales target of SR are met daily.
Collect market data, customer data from SR and report to GM to produce ever changing sales and marketing plan.
If needed, must travel to the region to solve sales related issues.
Arrange weekly sales meeting with SRs and report to GM.
Collect RSP showroom situation from SRs and check any issue for breach of contract.
Must be able to give training to SR to ensure smooth operation and smooth sales

Job Requirements
Experience in respective fields for more than 6 years
Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
Team management skills
BSc/MSc in relevant field
