The Role
Managed the entire workshop to operate smoothly and set a high standard of quality
Analyse processes to develop an efficient after sales service system
Act as technical consultant to internal team, factory and authorized distributors on quality issues as per technical feedback
Interact with internal and external teams for mentoring, coaching, personal development and good customer service
Provide document control including dealer reports related to services
Provide spare parts management and arrange orders by direct dealing with upper management level
Control spare parts inventory levels and ensure no out of stock parts

Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in after service management level
Must have managing experience in service, spare parts control and purchasing orders
Must have bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering
Good communication in English with strong people management
