  • Analyzes and evaluates business operation requirements, consults with personnel from various departments and identifies areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.
  • Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
  • Researching business requirements and documenting the relationship between the components of the application system (i.e, end users, business processes, data, applications and devices)
  • Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
  • Evaluates and balances the requirements/needs of multiple departments in identifying the technical solution that will best meet the identified needs.
  • Trains, leads and provides technical guidance to professional and technical staff assigned to business systems analysis, directs the work of peers and subordinate professional developers on assigned projects
  • Coordinates and conducts user training sessions; develops and updates user documentation, written instructions, training guides, manuals and materials for users and applications support staffs.
  • Define application problems, such as SFA-Sales, DMS, SFA-Trade Marketing, SFA-PG, DG PG, PG reporting, Outlet Segmentations, ITAM, Sales Forecasting, JDE, Microsoft BI, and any collaboration tools, by conferring with users, and develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Meets with users (both internal: - business operation users, and external:-GRG customers-DMS users, and GRG suppliers – JDE portal users) to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements and to address any questions or issues.
  • Deliver required case objectives of each business functions, and take challenge to be a high performing that identifies solutions to exceed elements of those business case benefits
  • Prepare complex reports, correspondence and other documents; participates on committees and task forces; attends meetings, conferences and training sessions.
  • Ensure all business controls with proper log system in individual users & roles, systems designs & architects, application quality assurance, and program analysis.
  • Develops programming specifications to serve as guidelines for application development staff for complex system enhancements and modifications; confers with application development staff to clarify program specifications
  • Reviews and enforces administrative policies, procedures and operations; ensure that internal and externally imposed program requirements are met
  • Works closely with software vendors/implementation partners to resolve technical issues, including patching, bug fixing and to perform capacity planning for future enhancements.

  • Solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills

  • A board range of operations, services, concepts, terms and activities common to a comprehensive state-of-the-art information systems program
  • Expertise in programming and debugging
  • Methods and techniques of developing and presenting technical documentation and training materials
  • Excellent in software project management
  • B.C.Sc/ BE (IT)/M.C.Sc/MBA
  • Minimum 5 years of Information & Digital Technology role & software development field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the business functions for which applications are designed
  • System testing to verify proper system function, including the development of test cases and test plans to reduce the risk of errors
  • Analyzes work requests, establishes priority and prepares functional specifications
  • Effective trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Change control procedures to ensure integrity of systems, software, and databases
  • Business and technical knowledge necessary to recognize and respond to current and future needs of GRG business
  • Reviews/assists in development of security, sign-on, master screens, documents and reports to ensure MIS obligations for confidentiality
