  • To choose the authorized workshop and other workshop for car repair
  • Need to contact authorized workshop needful estimate vouchers(mini 2 vouchers) and after car repair vouchers
  • To discuss the customer for under insurance car repair charges
  • Adjustment the authorized workshop for car repair charges
  • Inquiry for spare parts prices and repair charges
  • Arrangement to surveyor team one/two
  • Report to Supervisor , AM and Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must be computer literate(Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to read and write of  English Language
  • Must have knowledge of motor vehicle terminology
  • Must have giving good customer service
  • Must have knowledge about insurance experiences
