1. Work side by side with a departmental manager to maximize sales revenue by providing timely and solutions-oriented technical planning, pre-sales and post-sales support.2. Assist the engineering manager in preparing monthly and weekly department report3. Assist in preparing scope of work for each project4. Assess deliverable need, prepare budget and schedule, and communicate resource requirement to management5. Drive the team to develop the technical skills and competencies necessary to meet and exceed the established objectives6. Coach the team for professional development7. Responsible for the hiring, professional development, and performance evaluation8. Manage professionally diverse employees through mentoring, coaching and skill development9. Effectively monitoring and managing the projects (may be multiple) at the same time10.Actively monitoring the quality control and product development process

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering Degree/ Master or Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications /Electrical Power / Mechatronic Engineering- Management Degrees/Certificate/Diploma- English proficiency is needed- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field- Ability to go business travel- Knowledge of renewable energy- Must be well versed with Project Management Skills- Excellent conflict resolution and team-building skills- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite
