Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
  • Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing)
  • Set up manpower planning with relevant HR.
  • Upgrade Standard of all process in Recruitment & Selection Department
  • Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)
  • Monitors manpower requisitions of all vacant positions and yearly manpower planning.
  • Develops pool of internal and external talents
  • Train to subordinates their leadership skills, empowering other skills, analysis skills, planning skills, communication skills to improve their productivity and work performance to meet the standards
  • University visiting for checking the recruitment conditions and fulfill program manpower requirements by link with branch offices.
  • Manage to sourcing plan (Job Fair, University Visit, Agencies) for recruitment branding
  • Set up recruitment system digitalization transformation.
  • Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
  • Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget
  • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (Diploma in HR Management, Diploma in Business Management & Administration)
  • Fresher with strong passionate in recruitment can apply.
  • Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in Recruitment.
  • Conceptual Thinking/ Good Creative Thinking/ Interpersonal skills
  • Well known Strategic Recruitment Flow
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Good communication with each other
  • Able to go trip anywhere as per job requirements
  • Able to work underpressure 
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Ability to manage time effectively
