A fast-growing international pest control company in Myanmar is requesting for a Assistant Trainer to develop the training skill and external relationship while delivering pest awareness training for long-term pest-free environments.

• Initially 12 months of intensive on the job training with head of training department
• Liaise closely with head of Training, Head of CRM, Directors
• Assist with continual updating of training materials
• Create training strategies, initiatives and materials
• Contact clients
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Deliver new employee training

Job Requirements

• Language - fluent in both spoken and written Myanmar and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
