Assistant Vice President (Acquiring Business Team- Cards Business)
Duties and Responsibilities 
-    Ensures delivery of work in accordance with Business Strategy 
-    Supports team members with experiences and opportunities for development
-    Organizes the Business unit team into effective, functional and productivity
-    Works with multiple teams within a business unit and ensures delivery of Business Unit Strategy 
-    Work with your team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concern, and objectives
-    Builds and manages effective relationships with functional teams and Clients 
-    Provides performance feedback that facilitates development  
-    Breaks down problems into fundamental parts, identifies root causes and addresses problems in a way that leads to innovative solutions
-    Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
-    Using Knowledge of the market and competitors ,identify and develop the banks unique selling propositions and differentiators
-    Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
-    Provide weekly and monthly progress reports on all Sales & Marketing activities and the performance of your portfolio. 
 

Job Requirement 
-    Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Economics, Business Management and other relevant academic backgrounds
-    Have at least 3 ~ 4 years of working experience in related fields and at at least 1 year of working experience in Merchant Business or B2B (Experience in Sales at FMCG field is preferable!)
-    Have customer service focus and customer centric mind-set
-    Ability to manage relationships both internal and external 
-    Good analytical skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and decision making skills
-    A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
-    Computer literate and proficient in English
-    Myanmar Nationality Only.
