Assistant Vice President (HR BP - HR Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a middle role between Business Units and HR Department to ensure all HR functions running smoothly in timeline
Work closely with Business Units’ Head to identify manpower requirement, training and development, performance management to achieve their KPIs
Assist to Business Units’ Head to prepare Job Descriptions for job openings
Supporting Business Units’ Head for HR issues and advise them for the action plans
Perform other duties assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and International graduate is preferable!)
Age between 28 ~ 40 years old
Have at least 5 years of working experience in Recruiting and Selection field
Sound knowledge of HR best practices and local labor law
Good understanding of all HR related functions, SOPs and guidelines
Good presentation skill, communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill
Ability to travel to remote area as necessary
Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
