Duties and Responsibilities

-     Develop and maintain wealth banking branches performance monitoring

-     Regular review of product KPIs and derive recommendation for marketing purposes

-     Define and initiate new products and product features as well as related process requirements

-     Evaluate market trends and competition (Comparison sheet for competitor’s products and services)

-     Profitability and risk analysis

-     Launch products to the market (Events Management)

-     Responsible in the development of all Products Collaterals including T&C, Product Information: Content Writing and Design (Products

      Collaterals preparation)

-    Monitoring of wealth banking branches' clients credit portfolio

-     Business Development strategy

-     Establishing annual targets with RM and to monitor the delivery of products and services

-     Training, coaching and mentoring of the staff

-     Establishment of regular reporting for Management

-     Direct reporting to Head of Wealth Banking

-     Others job assigned by Head of Wealth Banking (Product)

Requirements

-    Bachelor degree specializing in Business, Marketing, Economic

-    Experience in documenting and managing products requirements as well as performing marketing related  activities (market research,

     customer surveys, focus groups,..)

-    Proven experience with successful outcomes in a financial services or retail banking environment (ideally in project management)

-    Understanding of economics and customer lifecycle as well as consumer finance industry

-    Excellent communication skills, sense for creativity and innovation as well as strong intuitive sense of product

-    Passionate, curious, enthusiastic and flexible individual

-    Computer literate and proficiency in English

-    Myanmar Nationality Only
