The duties & responsibilities of Assistant Vice President for Sales & Distribution Section under Consumer Banking Department as follows:• Negotiating sales contract, terms and conditions with customers• Negotiation sales with customers (buyers, sellers, agents) • Managing and monitoring the performance of the sales team• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.• Ability establish and build relationships with potential customers • Ability to understand market trends, analyze sales data • Implement policies and procedures to enhance the effective and efficient management of properties

Job Requirements
• Relevant Master degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate and property sales experience • Understanding of sales activities, marketing and knowledges on contracts and agreements• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)• Great leadership and project management abilities. • Good negotiation skill, communication skill and the ability to work under pressure.• Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
