Assistant Vice President (Sales Development - Consumer Banking Department)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster a climate of close cooperation with Product groups to deliver products to branches.
- Foster a climate of excellent customer service, customer focus and business development to drive sales with branches.
- Lead the achievement of customer service standards mutually agreed annually with the Bank and ensure these standards are understood and
delivered across the branches.
- Provide day to day and weekly reports to the Sales & Distribution Head & highlight under performance branches for performance improvement plans.

Requirements
- Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder is preferable!)
- Have at least 3~5 years of working experience in Sales field (Experience in FMCG or Banking experience is preferable!)
- Good analytical skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and decision making skills
- A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Myanmar Nationality Only.
