Assistant Vice President (Digital Marketing Manager – CXM Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for managing with best practices, the digital and social Media platform towards a data-driven-mindset:
  • Planning, development and execution of digital programs, contents creation and campaigns, including online advertising and
    media buying, website contents and design, social media, mobile, and other digital related deliverables.
  • Play a critical role across MAB social media platforms
  • Ensure SEO and SEM best practices are adhered to where possible, and ensure the website is well integrated into digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the creation and application of content that positively affects lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Ownership of all marketing programs for digital platforms
  • Track performance and measure success.
  • Bring new content ideas and best practices to the team and product teams.
  • Follow official style and brand guidelines.
  • New digital marketing strategies for gain brand awareness and brand engagement
  • Must have creative ideas
  • Analysis outstanding digital insights and data to create reports and well track a number of digital platforms
  • Work with content team, web design, and marketing operations to complete projects

Job Requirements

​​​Requirements  

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or other relevant subject.
  • Further study in digital marketing, web analytics or content development preferred
  • Have at least 3~4 years of working experience in social media, and digital marketing.
  • Strong proven creative and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas to easy-to-understand, digestible content.
  • Follow and tracking the latest trends in bank industry
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
