Job Description

  • Managed day to day operation activities to satisfy customer at over expectation level and highest efficiency level and comply with the policy and procedure. 
  • To be a key player of operation development including process, equipment and especially people development. 
  • There is also cover for warehousing process control and people management, focusing on handling, KPIs of stock accuracy and on-time delivery, together with continuous improvement, safety and security in the accordance to the compliance.
  • Maintain accuracy of data entry for all Warehouse Management and Information systems for all stock transactions i.e. receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, cycle count, stock checks, stock takes and stock reconciliation.
  • Manage warehouse operation team to make sure customer’s products are properly handled, stored and handling with damage free.
  • To direct manage and control the daily operational activities and operation administrators.
  • To ensure that all operation result under responsibility areas including KPI, stock accuracy, operational cost, HSE and customer service.
  • Ensure all procedures/Work instructions are properly documented, understood, and apply by all employees.
  • Translate the KPIs in to corrective and preventive actions to improve the warehouse operation as a whole
  • Direct and supervise staff in accordance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Well prepare, record and monitor documents/reports and customer reporting requirement.
  • Coordinate and respond to concern parties, management and customer in any operation issues on a timely basis.
  • Drive the warehouse operation team to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse process, ISO compliance and 5S & Safety
  • Take a lead on the team meeting to ensure that the warehouse operation is controlled, maintained and developed correctly according to the operation and improvement plans.
  • Monitoring & controlling all claim process and reverse logistics.
  • Supervising and monitoring all subordinates under supervision to perform work process and behave according to company’s rules, regulation and disciplinary.
  • To be company representative in order to provide customer support and basic problem solving.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices in all warehouse-controlled areas.
  • Maintain and follow rules, regulations of company, health safety security and environmental rules.
  • Perform other assigned jobs by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Organizational and Operational Effectiveness

  • Drive the warehouse operations team to improve or implement of the new business project and continuous improvement program (5S, CIP, POP, Lean, Safety, ISO compliance, etc).
  • To supervising the team in order to improve productivity and quality include utilizing resources, in the best possible.
  • Monitoring to ensure the effective operations process (SOP) and communication whole organization are maintained.

    Safety and Security Management     

  • To ensure that all staff under area’s control fully understands and follows the requirements of the company Health, Safety and Environment policy.
  • To supervising teams/operations work in safe and secure condition and comply with all safety procedure and regulation according to company policy and Customer requirements.
  • To ensure that all incidents, accidents and dangerous occurrences are investigated and report in accordance with company policy and to investigating in order to assess and establish corrective & preventive action.
  • To maintain interest and enthusiasm for safe working amongst all operations team, actively seeking their co-operation and assistance in maintaining good safety standards.
  • To be a leader of safety officer to control all of safety operation and documentation.

    Material Handling Management

  • To continuously monitor the maintenance and condition “ready to use” of MHE and equipments and undertake regular inspections.
    • To ensure that only licensed and authorized persons operate lift trucks.
  • Human Resource Management

  • To control no. of resources, manpower and equipment to meet the operations requirement.
  • To interview new staff and support employee induction as well as provide On-the Job Training (OJT) for newcomer.
  • Evaluate employee performance and build team to achieve goal.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or logistics management.
  • 3-5 years working experience in supervising level
  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, or transport management would be advantage.
  • Competency in English and computer.
  • Good at Presentation and Communication skill
  • Initiatives & Human relation skills
