This position is for Auston Engineering University.

Program Design 

• Delivering and reviewing the program (Higher Diploma and Bachelor Program of Infrastructure and Network Engineering/Computer Networks) 

• Responsible for assuring the quality of the University’s programs and in achieving the University’s strategic performance expectations for learning and teaching 

• Managing the program and engaging with Academic Department - learning and teaching professional and support services 

• Collaborating with Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering to oversee the preparation for program information 

• Discussing the program level curriculum development and design process, including student assessment, learning and teaching approaches in collaboration with Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering. 

• Evaluating the resource requirements of the programs (including timetabling, lab equipment, library resources etc.) and bringing resourcing issues to Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering Department 

Marking, Quality Control of Programs 

• Reviewing the performance of the program/modules, on the basis of program data and course reports and ensuring the marking system and schedule of the program 

• Contribute to Annual Program Review as regards the monitoring and enhancement of their individual program (s) 

Students & Parents Satisfaction 

• Providing academic advice to students enrolled in the program in relation to their program of study and in collaboration with Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering Department. 

• Monitoring student engagement, retention and graduate outcomes and addressing any identified issues 

Lecturing  

• Preparing and delivering regular lecturers for students 

• Conducting tutorial sessions, seminars and laboratory classes 

• Guiding class discussions, debate and feedback among students 

• Preparing and marking students’ assignment, phase tests and exams and provide one-on-one feedback on academic performance when necessary 

Networking Support 

• Supporting the Operation team/Academic Team by joining networking events 

• Ensuring the program content to ensure relevance with industry partners and supporting to Internship Team

• Minimum Master Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology  

• Prefer international authorized degree holders and must have teaching experiences 

• Experience in the Education field 

• Strong in Computer hardware and software, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, and Engineering Skills 

• Excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching 

• Excellence spoken and written communications skills in English
