ROLE PURPOSE
End User Support
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support on hardware, OS, standard application software, connectivity issues of Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets. Solve/repair Printer issues, scanner issues and support on IT related other devices
Provide support on File servers access
Provide support on Active Directory accounts and Office 365 accounts
Provide Level 1 support (Installation, Troubleshooting) on ATMs
Provide IT setup support on new departments/branches opening, old departments/branches quick fix, renovation and relocations
Provide Yearly PCs maintenance
Provide Yearly ATMs maintenance
Run client systems/OS/security migration and technology/connectivity enhancement projects
