Job Description

  • Ensure all SMM’s vehicle are licensed and compliance
  • Managing for overall staff’s transportation and car way plan for regular route way and trip 
  • Mentoring and coaching to the drivers for safe driving
  • Handle and manage overall accident case
  • Control and manage nationwide fuel usage
  • Ensuring defined policies and procedures and review/revise as needed
  • Prepare and propose budget to Head of Admin (Licenses, Insurance, Rental, Fuel, Maintenance)
  • Ensure all SMM’s vehicle are covering the insurance (New, Extension, Withdraw)
  • Liaise with insurance company for claim process
  • Conduct rental process align with company policy (Receive request, dealing with suppliers, Contracting, Handover process)
  • Manage regular maintenance process as planned
  • Manage for incidental breakdown (Repairing process, Substitution process)
  • Overall vehicle purchasing process (Receive request, Collaboration with Procurement, Handover process)

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, MBA and Administration diploma holder are preferable.
  • Age under (40) years
  •  Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least (4-5) years working experience in Fleet Management field
  • Able to travel as required
