PRISMM Co Ltd (PRemium International Spirits MyanMar) is a local company created to be exclusively importing, distributing, and marketing Pernod Ricard's international spirits brands, including Chivas, Ballantine's, Absolut, The Glenlivet, Martell. PRISMM marries local distribution expertise to international leading brands and marketing practices: it will benefit from the local support, infrastructures and market expertise of Seagram Myanmar and Win Brothers Co Ltd, and from the guidance on international marketing of spirits brands by Pernod Ricard.

JOB SUMMARY

  • The incumbent will be responsible for sales target achievement and ensuring implementation of PVA (Presence, Visibility, Activation) plans in outlets he/she will be assigned to.
  • The incumbent is responsible for prospection and business building with assigned outlets. He/she will have to build strong relationship with outlet managers/owners and ensure professional customer management: prospect and frequently visits outlets, negotiate brand activations and sales promotion plans to boost sales and share of market vs competitors, ensure follow-up on agreed actions especially effective implementation of negotiated PVA plans in outlets, analyze sales performance on a monthly basis, gather information on competitors activities.
  • The incumbent will have to work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders: marketing team to receive clear trade marketing guidelines and provide effective feedbacks from the ground, staff from the distributors to work in close collaboration enabling effective implementation of sales and PVA plans.
  • Not being assigned to specific sub-channels of On-Trade and Traditional Off Trade in Yangon, he/she will have to show adaptability in order to be able to set himself as the best interlocutor for all the on-premise outlets  (Restaurants, Hotels, Low Energy Bars, High Energy Bars, Nightclubs, KTV, etc) and off-premise traditional outlets (Liquor Shops, Groceries) across the area assigned in Yangon. He/she will have to be on the lookout for outlets opening / closing / renovating.
  • The incumbent will also be assigned a specific A&P budget that he/she will have to properly manage and process. He/she will also be assigned a specific business development project that he/she will have to lead and coordinate across the Sales & Marketing team

Job Description:

  • Frequently visit outlets to build/consolidate relationship with customers at all levels (owners, managers, staff), and to ensure agreed PVA (Presence, Visibility, Activation) plans are effectively implemented in all outlets.
  • Plan and Coordinate product and brand trainings with marketing team and outlets
  • Support deployment of major campaigns in outlets he/she is responsible for
  • Drive achievement of targets of volume and net sales in outlets of responsibility and build trade marketing activities plan under the supervision of the RSM
  • Daily contact in person with existing and prospective customers in Category A and B to positively influence the commercial status of the company’s brands
  • Increases overall points of distribution within respective area.
  • Drive PVA for major Strategic Brands of PRISMM across all channels
  • Responsible for anticipating & identifying opportunities and/or or issues that potentially could add value or prevent the business from meeting/exceeding or under delivering against commercial objectives.
  • Conduct regular sightings of GMA and submit through the system
  • Generate the monthly reports of Sales, new customer acquisition, Visibility, Activations, Competitors, Environmental and Market Intelligence
  • All other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • G.C.E. ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Sales & Marketing & above
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in trading field.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG industry, particularly key accts eg. CMHL, Orange, G&G, ABC and Ecommerce channels
  • Good command of English and Burmese
  • Computer competency especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
