Manage and communicate with various vendors directly for Facebook, Video shooting, IVR and POSM production.

Monitor competitor's social media channels and doing analysis on their promotion offers on daily basic

Brainstorm creative and interesting ideas for social media campaigns and promotion activities. 

Handle MPT Pay social media post creation and post timeline calendar and community management.

Outbound call survey to customers to know their satisfaction and complaints.

Communicate internally with B2B, Call Center, Finance, S&D, Technical, Operation, MPT Digital, FTTH, CLP, MPT4U to align promotions, new services and cross-promoting activities.

Create FAQ ,seek relevant answers for MPT Pay call center.

Prepare User guides, Manual videos and training slides of MPT Pay services to educate customers, agents and merchants.

Submit and settle payments for external vendors.

Understanding market insight, Customer Behavior, Product, Business communication

Understanding how to handle complaints.

Good in tracking competitors and think differently 

Bachelor degree in business management, marketing or a related field

Strong Marketing sense and minimum 2 years experiences in ATL/Digital marketing communication and/or design is preferred. 

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be creative and attention to details.

Service oriented and flexible

Experience in design idea generation and content creation.
