Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

The role holder is responsible for the timely ATM installation, Maintain and Manage the ATM related issues on daily basis. Transaction testing and disputes on the ATM are to be verified on daily basis.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including terminal setup , deployment and management of Terminal Keys
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from the operation team in regards to disputes.
  • Dispute management and Verifying the CCTV, Logs as per dispute team requirement.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow up with vendor to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting/system enhancement

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Management and/or other relevant qualifications
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
