Position Purpose / Context  

Be responsible for all the PLC program, electrical and automation issues in CCPBM. Communicate with OEM supplier/Service provider to solve all the automation / electrical related issue on time to reduce unnecessary break down time. Set up monthly/ yearly Capex & Opex budget plan for each of the area to maintain high quality standard facility within the plant compound

• Do troubleshooting, root cause analysis, emergency maintenance and corrective maintenance for all electrical related and automation issues in CCPBM. Look at the condition of the machines performance then advise and implement to ensure continuous improvement.
• Initiate In-House Modification / Fabrication / Innovation for all the automation related parts & equipment which need to be supportive for both people capability building and cost optimizing within the organization. Make preventive maintenance plan for all automation related equipment, machinery, system and programming. Make sure for effective execution of PM activity and not to happened major break down happened due to automation problem. 
• Lead all the automation related Troubleshooting, new modification, new system implementation, Verification / Validation, and yearly Calibration for all Critical electrical parts within the manufacturing area. PLC related spare parts safety inventory review and raise purchase requisition, generate critical electrical parts list for all machines. Be ready for all PLC program backups, parameter backups and electrical drawing in CCPBM and generally management. 
• Maintain Overall ME% for plant operation to meet with World Class level. Working together with Capability team to build up SME / technician capacity by doing Classroom & On-job training. Developing Troubleshooting guideline / SOP / OPL as part of capability development program. Communicate and work with OEM supplier and other PLC experts if required and suggest any related program upgrade and be the owner for all program modification and upgrade.
• Responsible for all emergency repair and maintenance and be responsive in the case of line breakdown. Be available either onsite or offsite for troubleshooting and repair in all emergency machine breakdown situations.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

• At least 4 years related experiences in FMCG
• Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech/ AGTI (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic)
• Minimum electrical power, Mechanical and electronics
