To understand the Business requirements and the application so as to prepare the test cases for the test Packs and then execute the automation scripts using an Automation tool.

• Understand the system or application in terms of its available modules and functions including the navigation flows so as to be able to map it to the test scripts
• Design the Automation test scripts for Test Packs
• Develop/ Configure automation components for the business scenarios or test cases
• Execution of the automated test packs
• Support the bank team during the test execution phase
• Have good experience with automation testing tools such as Tenjin, Tosca, etc.
• Have good hands-on experience with product features implementation and adapter configuration
• Should have been involved in the Application Technical Analysis (ATA)/ Design/Implementation/ Support of various Applications
• Should have managed the overall Adapter Development of the Modules and Sub Modules
• Peer-review of test scripts designed by other Automation testers
• Automation Test execution of the test scripts and capturing the results in the test management tool such as JIRA
• Develop and maintain the Test Artefacts such as Automation test scripts, Execution logs, etc.
• Log Defects in JIRA either manually or automation tool logs it, then inform the Test lead on the same so can check it’s validity
• Supporting Regression testing by preparing and execution of Regression test packs

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum related 3 to 5 years of experience in banking preferably in: Back Office Branch Operations Core Banking and Internet/ Mobile Banking
• Must have hands on experience on Selenium or Selenium platform based tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience implementing and executing Automation testing
• Good to have some Product Development background
• Hands on experience and in depth knowledge of Automation testing tools such as Tenjin, Tosca, etc.
• Hands on experience with adapter configuration
• Assist manual testing if need be
