  • Team Leadership and Management,mentor a high-performing sales team,Set sales targets, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.

    1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
     
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify sales opportunities.

  • Set sales targets aligned with overall business goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.

    2. Client Relationship Management:
     

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly

    3.Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
     

  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and sales projections.

  • Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

  • Conduct regular sales pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

    4.Collaboration and Communication:
     

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.

  • Communicate sales strategies, targets, and initiatives to the sales team and ensure their understanding and buy-in.

  • Coordinate with other regional sales managers and share best practices to optimize sales performance across regions.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build professional networks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Customer-focused approach with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and MS Office Suite
