  • Establish and maintain township level overall sales management within the assigned business area.
  • Ensure to have good and continuous distributor/Agent and Merchant engagement.
  • Manage to get the growth targets and monitor the progress.
  • Plan and monitor the daily route plan for Distributor Sales Team.
  • Plan for daily acquisition plan within the business areas.
  • Promote the digital solutions and other financial products to agents, merchants and subscribers based on their business needs.
  • Participate in required sales and product training to sales team.
  • Ensure Agent liquidity management for business operation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years related working experience.
  • Sales or Distribution experience in the Banking Sector/MFS/Telecom companies would be an advantage
  • Strong Area Knowledge is compulsory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field required.
  • Qualification in Marketing Business Administration, Economics or related field would be added value.
  • Willing to reside in assigned area within Myanmar and travel across country.
