· Handle incoming customer inquiries and assist customers with inquiries related to KYC Information, transactions, technical
issues, and general product information.
· Develop a deep understanding of the MFS products and services, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.
· Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage instructions to customers.
· Maintain high standards of customer service quality and professionalism in all interactions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and enhance overall customer experience.
· Flexible to work on shift assignments if required.
