Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Plan and establish distributor engagement for Merchant, Agent Network development of AYA Pay Wallet.
  • Set-up the overall acquisition plan growth targets to team and monitor the progress.
  • Maintain relationships to ensure continuous growth and sales targets are achieved
  • Promote the digital solutions and other financial products to agents as per their business needs
  • Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing agent and merchant networks
  • Lead, manage and build the performance-driven sales team
  • Daily tracking of the sales team’s performance and productivity with immediate actions as required
  • Manage retail and sales activities to maximize margins and achieve revenue targets and goals within the assigned territory
  • Coordinate in conjunction with Customer Experience and Brand Development team for the merchandising and promotion activities of AYA Pay Wallet; including any new features that AYA Pay may offer the market
  • Assist with the development of technical solutions to activate new functions and features that helps AYA Pay to keep its competitiveness within the mobile financial service industry
  • Coordinate required sales and product training to sales team
  • Manage and Coordinate the Risk functions for the agent/merchants’ and potential Internal fraud issues
  • Keep up-to-date market situation and agent/merchant feedback for management team.
  • Oversee the cost effectiveness for overall sales operation and take ownership for the budget.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years related working experience in managerial role.
  • Sales or Distribution experience in the Banking Sector/MFS/Telecom companies would be an advantage
  • Strong Territory Knowledge is compulsory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field required.
  • Qualification in Marketing Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • Willing to reside in assigned area within Myanmar and travel across country.
