• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks related to AYA Pay operations, products, and services.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate and manage identified risks.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to align with regulatory standards.
• Ensure that all AYA Pay operations and activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
• Implement a robust monitoring program to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and compliance controls.
• Prepare and present regular reports on risk assessment findings, compliance status, and recommended actions to senior
Management.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication and
Alignment on risk and compliance matters.
• Perform TTR/STR Monitoring and Reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
