Job Description

  • Introduce JOY products to market leaders of modern trade market
  • Looks for opportunities to grow B2B business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives
  • Grow customer lifetime value, growing customer retention through the executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring go live B2B activities success and product uptake in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentation in a professional manner
  • Assist to senior manager to develop on creation sales material including presentations, contract, etc.
  • Contribute to B2B team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coaches' employees on handling daily issues and tasks
  • Report and clearly communicate status and objectives to management, identifying road blockers, risks, and Opportunities
  • Responsible for hitting monthly/quarterly/annual gross sales and revenue targets.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Sales Management and getting the feedback from all the customers for improvement.
  • Responsible for the sales management and initiating the sales-related activities, programs and to promote products.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in FMCG or related industries
  • Experience in handling B2B corporate sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills and high ability in business communication with Modern Trade Clients
  • Ability to deliver results to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of trends and themes in payments and commerce
  • Analytical skills with an ability to consider different possibilities and develop optimized solutions
  • Banking and mobile financial service experience and know–how preferable
