Job Description

This position is for Myanmar nationals only

A. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 To Set the strategic direction and runs the day-to-day operations of all B2B and Wholesale product development, marketing and sales activities. It focuses on selling integrated B2B and Wholesale solutions based on data-driven approach to pricing.

 

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead a team of Senior Account Specialists – providing guidance, example, coaching and assistance so as to achieve company objectives while developing team members.
  • Oversee the daily activities of their team – to ensure KPIs set by HO are met.
  • Sell B2B products, Mobile – Voice/Data - and ICT services, as provided by the Company.
  • Manage key clients(Government Offices) to ensure sales and retention KPI’s are met for each key account – developing account plans in line with company requirements.
  • Ensure team key accounts are managed (as per above) ensuring issues are resolved in an expedient and effective manner.
  • Operate in a manner that maximizes company profitability while reducing unnecessary costs of company operations, and in a way that reflects well on the image of the company.
  • Ensure Sales processes, reporting and systems management is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.

Job Requirements

B. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Previous outbound B2B sales experience – min 5 years as a field rep.
  • Previous leadership experience in B2B as a Sales Manager/ Team leader of an outbound sales team – min 3 years.
  • Technical aptitude – preferably from a technical sales background – i.e. Mobile, ICT, IT, Electronics etc.
  • Good command of – able to communicate with an English speaker effectively
  • IT savvy (Microsoft office)
