Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Be the primary point of contact for the Bancassurance.
  • Help LIC/BRM through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with LIC & BRMs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the requirements according to the LIC & BRM objective.
  • Collate & Prepare the Daily/Monthly Business/BAP Data and update to the Management.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to LIC/BRM.
  • Prepare Office Notes on various administrative works & get it approved by the appropriate authorities.
  • Help the LIC/BRM in joining process & getting the initial indents like I-Card, Business Card, Laptop, Tablets etc. by coordinating with the various departments.
  • Prepare the MIS as per the Management Requirement.
  • Co Ordinate with other Departments like Operation, Accounts, Policy Servicing etc. to resolve the issue pertaining to Banca Business.
  • Co ordinate with Bank to resolve the administrative issues pertaining to various departments.
  • Schedule the Training & Logistics for GGINL & Banca Trainings.
  • Responsible for facilitating a smooth working environment for the LICs/BRMs to perform seamlessly.
  • Liaise between the Bank and Banca Sales Team.
  • Update own job knowledge on Banca by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; Discussing with seniors.

Job Requirements

  • Age: Preferably between 20 ~ 25 years of age.
  • At Least One Year Experience in Customer Care , Sales Support or Operations.
  • Should Speak/Read/Write English
  • Life Insurance Grass root experience will be an added advantage.

Other Qualities:

  • Good Communication Skill – Result Oriented & Customer Centric
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel & Power Point
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.
  • Perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
